Confess
Colleen Hoover
Review
Summary:
At age twenty-one, Auburn Reed has already lost everything important to her. In her fight to rebuild her shattered life, she has her goals in sight and there is no room for mistakes. But when she walks into a Dallas art studio in search of a job, she doesn’t expect to find a deep attraction to the enigmatic artist who works there, Owen Gentry.
For once, Auburn takes a chance and puts her heart in control, only to discover that Owen is keeping a major secret from coming out. The magnitude of his past threatens to destroy everything important to Auburn, and the only way to get her life back on track is to cut Owen out of it.
To save their relationship, all Owen needs to do is confess. But in this case, the confession could be much more destructive than the actual sin.
My Honest Opinion:
First off I want to say this cover is really really beautiful. I love what the splash of the paint on the cover looks like. Then when you look close you can tell its a person. I love the color combination of the cover. Also the pictures inside the book are just beautiful I love the artwork that was put into the book. Its just beautiful.
I loved the storyline of this story. Owen Gentry is an artist. He has people write confessions and then he turns them into a painting. I love it. Even his initials are pretty, OMG. Thats awesome. Having the same middle name is pretty awesome too. Who does that. I love the connection that Owen and Auburn have with each other. I love how powerful their love got. I love how they are both pretty messed up in their own way. But come together and realize just how much they need each other.
This is just a fabulous story. That any romance junkie will just adore. I love it. I cannot wait to read other book by the famous Colleen Hoover. I really, really enjoyed this story. 5/5 stars
