 I usually wear jeans and a t-shirt. If I am at home I will wear pajama pants and a t-shirt.

2: Ever been in love?

Yes, I have been in love with my husband we met in highschool so we were highschool sweethearts.

3: Ever had a terrible breakup? No

5: How much do you weigh? That is nobodys business but mine. no offense.

7: Any piercings? ears and I use to have my belly button pierced but it grew up when I had kids.
8: OTP? in books right now it is Anna and St. Clair from Anna and the french kiss
9: Favorite show? I have several Greys Anatomy, Finding Carter, Glee, Revenge etc...
10: Favorite bands?  Not really bands but singers, Lorde, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Colton Dixon, etc..

11: Something you miss? I miss being in high-school.

April TBR

April TBR

I do not usually do TBR's because I do not know what I will be in the mood to read. But I will show you the books that I want to pick up in the month of April. There are a few. The first one I want to finish is When by Victoria Laurie

 

I also want to read the second book to the Anna and the French Kiss series by Stephanie Perkins. Its called Lola and the Boy Next Door.

I also want to get to Stranded in Paradise by Mercy Amare. This is the 3rd book in the Kihanna series. Which is so, so good. 

I am also going to finish Fallout by Mercy Amare, which is her new vampire series. Its so good so far. So check this book out when it is released. 

I will definately be reading more than this. But this is all I want to read in the month of April.

March Wrap-up!

March Wrap-Up

In the month of March I read a total of 10 books.  I can usually read between 6-10 in a month. So I am happy with 10 this month. I will post some pics of all of them. I am going to link my goodreads so you can see a review of each of them in my goodreads. 

 I really enjoyed this book immensely. I gave it 5 stars. This is a series of 3 books the Anna and the French Kiss series by Stephanie Perkins. 

I also read The Fab Life by Mercy Amare. This book is so so good.  I gave this story 5 stars as well. Its just such an amazing first book. I really loved it. Their are a total of 5 books to this series.

Where the Road Takes Me by Jay McLean. This is a standalone. I really loved this story. It was an amazing book. I am slowly loving this author as well. You must read this story.

I read The Face on the Milk Carton which I really loved. I cannot wait to read more of these stories about Janie Johnson. I don't know why but I love stories about abductions. I guess I like the mystery in this. But it was really good as well.  This is the Janie Johnson series by Caroline B. Cooney. I cannot wait to continue on with this. 5 books in this series.

Look Again by Lisa Scottoline  This is another abduction story. I really enjoyed it. So I cant wait to continue on with this author. This is a standalone book. 5 stars.

After this I needed a contemporary so I wanted a mushy story. I read Nora Roberts Vision in White. Which is a series of 4 books called The Brides Quartet. It was a great story but it wasn't perfect. 4 stars

The next book I read is book 2 in the Kihannah series. This is the second book to The Fab Life by Mercy Amare. I love this series. I gets better and better. If you haven't read this series. You need to get on that. 5 books in this series. 5 stars Its called I Hate Goodbye.

Beautifully Flawed by Shari Rigby. This was a good story. Its really hard to judge a story like this. But I enjoyed it. This author has been through alot. Because this is HER story. I gave it 5 stars. I received this from Netgalley for an honest review.

More Than This by Jay McLean this is my 2nd book by this author. I really am enjoying this authors writing. She really has a way with words. You must read this series. This is the More Than series. This is the first book in this series. There are 5 books to this series.   Most definately 5 stars.

The last book I read was The Infinite Moment of Us by Lauren Myracle. It was an ok book. I liked it. Just didn't love it. I didn't connect with the characters, like I would have liked too. But it was ok. This is a standalone book. 3stars

My Honest Opinion:

I really, really loved this book. The story was amazing. If you haven't read a Jay McLean book you really need too. This is my 2nd book by this Author. I loved it. The 2nd book in the series has to be just as amazing as this one. I cannot wait to get into the next one. 

The characters in this story just blew me away. I just wasn't expecting to love it as much as I did. The way they loved each other. It just melted my heart. The way Jake was there for her when he just met her. It was just amazing is the only word I can think of that explains my love for this story. You must READ THIS BOOK!!! Jake is the ultimate HOTTIE!  Mikhayla is the cute, witty girl. I just loved them together. 

This is so sad, so hysterical and such a steamy, Steamy doesn't describe it. It was just that good. Definate MUST READ.

I started a new book today called When by Victoria Laurie. I plan on reading this for a few days. 

I am almost done with More Than This by Jay McLean. My review will be up tomorrow probably. I plan on starting another book tomorrow. The book I am starting tomorrow is called Rock and Release by Riley Edgewood.
I will be continue reads Fallout which hopefully I can get halfway through this weekend. The book is by Mercy Amare.

My Thoughts:

I didn't love this book. The cover is really pretty. That is what attracted me to it. I needed a really cute, cheesy romance. I got the kinda cheesy romance but it was too high school for me. I usually like those type of books, But these characters were just so whiny, it drove me crazy.

The story line was very good. But it needed alot of work in my opinion. These characters were so Juvenile. To an extent I understand because they just graduated high school. But even high schooler's should act better than they did. 

I didn't like the way it ended. It made it seem like there was going to be a second book. But there isn't it just confused me.

Overall I did like the story it was a cute romance, with a lot of sex scenes. I wasnt expecting. Being a YA you dont expect as much sex as there was. This is a very descriptive book on that topic.

I am going to try to post something everyday. Today I am going to write a little about what I am reading at the moment. I normally read anywhere from 2-3 books at a time. I have 1-2 going on my kindle app and one physical book I am reading. 

The first book I am reading is a ARC from a wonderful author she sent me. I am really enjoying. Its a vampire book, I don't usually read vampire books but this is completely different and its just as good as her other books. Its called Fallout by Mercy Amare. Here is what it looks like. This is her newest novel. If you are a fan of hers please check this one out when it comes out. 


The second book I am reading is on my kindle app. Its such a good book. It is a series. But I am on book 1. This book is called More than This by Jay McLean. This is a new adult novel and it is really good. Here is what it looks like. 


The last book I am reading, its not near as good as those 2. But its an ok book There are alot of flaws in this one but thats just my opinion. There are some good parts though. But its not my favorite. Its called The Infinite Moment of Us by Lauren Myracle. This is what it looks like.

I Hate Goodbye by Mercy Amare

I loved book 2 of the Kihanna series. It was just as thrilling as The Fab Life. This story picks up where we left off from book 1. This is a very suspenseful book. It kept me on the edge of my chair the whole time. I bought book 2 from Amazon. I will probably buy all these from Amazon on my kindle. Book 1 was free. I love reading series so this one is just as good as The Rock Star series by Mercy Amare. 

Kihanna continues to struggle with adjusting to the life of the Rich and Famous. She ends up losing some people in her life. That she just wasnt ready to lose. Which makes you really sad to read for her. She still recieves not from her stalker. Which is really creepy. He ends up threatening and really spooking her. I have a couple people narrowed down. But my main one I think is Kasbian. He just seems like he would be the stalker. Although it is not revealed in this book. So I may be wrong. 

This is definately a book worth reading. The suspense in this is just incredible. It is just as good as book one. This is defiantely a YA book so if your into YA contemporary please pick this up. I completely love this story and I cant wait to read more of this series. 

The Fab Life Review by Mercy Amare

This story was so so good. I really enjoyed it. Its a light and fluffy read. So easy to read and so easy to fall in love with. I love the setting. The characters just all of it. 

Its about a girl named Kihanna. She lives with her mother. One day she has to leave her small town and go move in with her rich dad. Her dad has billions. So she is now living the good life which it is an adjustment for her. She wasn't poor living with her mom but she wasn't rich either. They have fancy parties, rich friends, luxurious cars. They have it all. Even some scandal. Its all about Kihanna's adjusting to this new life. All the rich gorgeous boys and all. 

These characters were just so easy to fall in love with. I was hooked from the first chapter. The boys are rich, hott and very scandalous. So flirty, and so elite. Kihanna was so easy to love, shes this sweet girl that knows how to take care of herself. Then she moves into a place that has a cook, a butler, a maid all the works. So adjusting to this life was hard for her. And then the boys. Ty was ok. I didnt care for him much. But he's the messed up boy in this story. But I liked Gabe from the start. He was so sweet but so mysterious. Then their was the step-brother he came off as creepy but he was a great character. Always looks out for his family. 

There's scandal, mystery and sexyness in this book. I cant wait to read the next book. 
Not much of a cliffhanger but it makes me want to see what will happen next.
